With that in mind, Bramhalls are excellent. Yes you could find it cheaper, but do you really want to use a firm who do the bare minimum, where you are constantly chasing them and they’re never available when you need them? The team at Bramhalls are the complete opposite… thorough, on the ball, providing regular updates and actively chasing the other conveyancers to get the deal done, minimising the drama and delays!
